My Journey at Acon Travel & Tours
Over the past one year at Acon Travel & Tours, my journey has been a continuous process of learning, growth, and taking on greater responsibilities. I started with a strong focus on reservation and ticketing, and gradually expanded my role into Business Development, client relationship management, sales, and overall operational support.
As a Business Development Lead cum Senior Reservation , I handle reservations, ticketing, customer inquiries, follow-ups, business opportunities, client relationships, and sales activities. I have learned to manage challenges independently, build customer trust, contribute to business growth, and take ownership of my responsibilities.
